Refund Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026. This is a starting draft for Oblee Limited and can be edited before launch.
1. Who sets the refund terms
Obleemaster is a ticketing and discovery platform. Each event is run by an independent event creator, and the refund terms shown on the event page apply to that event. Those terms are displayed before you pay, on the checkout step, and again on your ticket.
2. The two event settings
An event is either non-refundable, or it allows a full refund until a set number of days before the event, usually 7, 14 or 30 days. After that cut off the ticket is non-refundable. Where an event is non-refundable, you can still transfer your ticket to someone else for free if the event creator has transfers switched on.
3. Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, the ticket price is refunded to the original payment method. This applies whatever the event level refund setting says.
4. Changed, postponed or moved events
If the date, time, city, venue or lineup changes after you booked, you can request a full refund for 14 days after the change, whatever the event refund setting says. The change is shown publicly on the event page and on your ticket. If you do nothing, your ticket stays valid for the new details.
5. Requesting a refund
Email hello@obleemaster.com with your order reference, or use the support link on your ticket. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 10 business days to appear.
6. Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges and failed payments that were still captured are refunded in full once verified.
7. Chargebacks and fraud
Refunds may be withheld where there is evidence of fraud, ticket resale abuse, or a chargeback already raised for the same order.
8. Influencer commission
Where a refunded order was attributed to an influencer, the related commission is reversed.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under UK consumer law.
