Terms and Conditions Obleemaster

1. Welcome

These terms are a starting draft for Oblee Limited and can be edited before launch. By using Obleemaster, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login details safe. You must be at least 18 to buy tickets or list events.

3. Buying tickets

Ticket availability, prices, fees, refund rules, and event entry requirements may vary by event. Unless stated otherwise, refund requests are handled according to the relevant event policy.

4. Promoting events

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying ticket sales made through their unique link. Payouts are subject to review, fraud checks, and the payout rules shown in their account.

5. Hosting events

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of event listings, delivery of the event, and compliance with local laws.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Obleemaster for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, misleading listings, unauthorised ticket resale, harassment, or content that infringes another person's rights.

7. Payments and fees

Obleemaster may charge service fees or commission. Any applicable charges should be shown before a purchase, listing, or payout is completed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the update.
